The Faculty of Communication and Business Studies, Trincomalee Campus, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, is delighted to announce the launch of a new scholarly journal titled the HARBOUR Journal of Researches (HJR) . HJR is an academic, peer-reviewed, refereed, open-access multidisciplinary journal published biannually in English. The journal HJR is published online, with an e-ISSN 3121-469X, and accepts submissions free of charge.
Call for Papers
The call for research articles for Volume I, Issue I (2026) of the HARBOUR Journal of Researches (HJR) has closed. Submissions are now open for Volume I, Issue II (2026). The HARBOUR Journal of Researches is a double-blind, peer-reviewed, open-access online journal published in English biannually in June and December. The journal is committed to promoting the free and global dissemination of scholarly knowledge. Manuscripts can be submitted via email to editorharbour.tc@esn.ac.lk. The submission deadline for Volume I, Issue II (2026) is the 30th of August 2026.
